I'm parched! Join me for a very noisy, mic-bump filled sit down interview with one of my best friends on the planet. We have been friends forever, and our friendship is the perfect example of how opposites attract. This gal has been my "partner in crime" for years, and we have literally been friends through all the things life can throw at you as an adult including deaths, divorces, having to walk me to the bathroom because I’m scared of the demon that lives in the basement where we go to dance class, leaving stable careers to start over, and drinking booze out of sippy cups in a church that we don’t even go to because neither of us attend church. On this episode, my friend Rachel and I talk about tough, uncomfortable subjects like child abuse, mental illness, suicide, and pretty much everything that’s taboo to talk about on the subject of "dads." We aren’t here to hurt feelings or single anyone out, we are just two girls with a difficult and bitter past with Father figures, and sometimes it’s nice to process that with a friend who is hurting just as much as you are.
