*I recorded this before the 12th of July in Northern Ireland and those outside these lands may not know how separate a conversation bonfires with burning migrant boats are and the complexities of what they represent - what they most represent to me is that this is no time for a united Ireland or a Sinn Féin President. There is a lot of work to do to get their house in order to match the ideals of the European Equality mandate. To align with the values in the Republic of Ireland and all the work we have done. There has been such an imbalance in how white Ukrainians have been treated by comparison to other skin tones … and we should learn the positives in what happens when we make it possible for people to be fully legal and capable of starting a life here .. we have seen great integration with Ukrainians that should be available to everyone who has come to Ireland Not to mention the Irish are the biggest migrants in the world
