A doctorally prepared nurse researcher, she also holds three board certifications: Nationally Certified School Nurse (National Board for Certification of School Nurses), Certified Nurse Educator (National League for Nursing), and Pain Management Nurse (American Nurses Credentialing Center). Dr. Quinn currently provides direct nursing care to children with intellectual disabilities (ID) and complex conditions on a part-time basis outside of her duties as a faculty member.
