Should a company come along and steal the customers you currently have in place, it is due to you having an inferior product or service. The reasoning stops there. Adaptation is what free markets have been built on since the beginning of time. It’s beneficial to the consumer, and its beneficial to you - staying on your toes to improve 24/7 is the key to longevity. A body in motion stays in motion. A business in motion stays in motion. Adapt or get drowned out.
