"According to the employer, these proposals will retain and attract teachers. It is disturbing to me that the employer thinks that by removing student codes, removing class averages, forcing professional development on teachers, and promoting online teaching for any reason it deems suitable, will attract and retain teachers. There is nothing in this proposal that will improve class composition or the workload. It goes to show that the government does not value the teaching profession.
