In this episode, we sit down with Claire Christie, the co-president of the Varsity Leadership Club at Queens. We'll get into what the club is all about and also learn about Claire's personal journey, including her experiences with concussions. Allen Champagne was a former D1 NCAA football player at North Carolina while completing a Bachelor of Science with honours. Allen then did his masters in Neuroscience here at Queen’s and then went on to do a dual PhD-MD program that he is completing this year. During his time doing his Masters and dual program, he was a D-line coach for Queen's Football! Take a listen to hear Allen’s inspiring story and to learn more about concussions!
