I think I'm sick of this dude bringing himself and his experience back into everyone's story.
Ok but Billy is still a conman. He used to Fyre Fest mailing list to sell people absolutely fake tickets to major NYC events and he knew there were no actual tickets. But also, he's doing a Fyre Fest II!! it's supposedly happening think may or June of 2024. yikes
She did her own research but that's not too helpful if you're as ridiculously naive as this woman. And, are people still under the impression that the BBB is legit?? There's been quite a bit of reporting on what a scam they are. kind of ironic.
Enjoyed this!! I def will trust my intuition from now on. I know ppl that acts just like this and knew from the moment I met them that something was off. And it cost me years of grief! So so glad some justice was served! Felt good hearing that they were found out and some actions were taken..

Yeah, if I had to choose, I'd rather be known as a brilliant criminal con artist wanted by the govt than the dumb, naive Swiffer girl. However, that's not the way the world works and really...we just know her as both. I don't even think they would be making this podcast about her if it hadn't been for what happened when she was 13. I mean she might have rated having one episode of a scammer podcast if it hadn't been for her early transgressions.
No doubt this lady is a criminal but I have nothing but sympathy for what happened to her as a teenager. So many people let her down and she is the only one that paid the price for this mistake, although all of these people passed around is childporn. I think the trauma let her to a lot of this criminal activity.
