agree with comment also if there is anything geared towards already introvert adults that grew up in an extrovert society. how do we let others know that we aren't a shut in, depressed or strange. I've lived with extroverts that somehow thought I hated them. they wanted energy when they got home and I wanted peace and silence. I wanted time to sit and organize what I came home from, collect my thoughts and plan moving forward. I've always been the one to come home and be within myself for a bit before being with others.

this is very skewed toward upperclass applicants who would even have access to college counselors and private prepatory school - what about introverted students from average and working class backgrounds?
