In today's episode, I’m tackling a topic that hits us all at some point: falling out of love.
We’re getting real about what it actually means when someone says they’ve "fallen out of love."
Spoiler alert—it’s often not about love at all, but more about the end of that initial lusty phase. I’ll break down the difference between lust and love, why people confuse the two, and what it looks like to transition from one to the other.
I’ll also share some insights from my work with clients who’ve navigated this tricky area, including when falling out of love is a conscious choice because the relationship is just too damaged to repair.
Listen to understand why love is more about the choices you make than the feelings you have—and why sometimes, it’s okay to choose to let go.
