There's a journey into the inheritance the Lord asks us into. It's one that begins at the "threshing floor".... a place of surrender. Let's start this conversation together and get prepared for the inheritance the Lord wants to give us.
You may know and love Ephesians 3:20, which yes it's a great promise from our God. BUT you must read the entire verse as it reads at the end "according to the power at work in you". This is important as a lot of promises from God are conditional, meaning He wants to make sure we can "handle" and "steward" what He will do "abundantly above more than we can ask or think". So in this chat, I discuss the journey laid out for us in this chapter. Take the time to review the chapter yourself and allow Holy Spirit to lead you into His truth and your journey.
God is the wall around us Zechariah 2:5 "for I said the Lord will be unto her a wall of fire round about and will be the glory in the midst of her"! The wall stands for being aligned with God. Receiving His protection and His provision in direction and security. Why the wall matters. We discuss this through Ezekial 13. God broke down the wall so that the foundation thereof was discovered. Those with 'untempered' daub/ mortar did not have the following: not conditioned by a process (the journey matters) Not moderated (asking for and receiving advice, wisdom, etc) Not controlled (accountable and evaluated for pivoting and growth) Stay vigilent and watchful of your wall. Your city is of importance to God. He desires for all to see His goodness through our love for one another. Cities and towns are a space where many go to look for opportunities. First, for connection with others and hope for their future. Second, an opportunity to learn and grow. Third, a place for experience and fun. God confirms His covenant through giving us more than we can ask, think or imagine. BUT we have a part to play in this.
