Ah'll give ye Corporate governance. The steering group campaign is focusing on achieving change at board level so we felt we'd use the experience of two of the lads to record a special episode. Essentially, we discuss the roles of CEO, CFO, Chairman and Non-Exec Directors and what they look like in a well-run organisation.
