On this week's show, we kick things off with a Super Bowl recap as we have all the information about Super Bowl 54 and more. After that we briefly go over the NFL Awards for 2019 as well as the 2020 NFL Hall of Fame inductees. Vince McMahon and the XFL are back, and we have a full preview for the league as it has returned after about 20 years. It's the wonderful time of the year where trades are afoot, and the MLB gets the ball rolling with a blockbuster that is sure to shake up both the AL and NL. The NBA, not to be outdone, comes in with the league's biggest trade since 2000. Lastly we wrap things up with Quick Picks and Bold Predictions.

After being gone for nearly 2 months, Flashback Friday is finally back!
