Managing our blood sugar is THE key to managing our health, now and in the future. The problem is, NO ONE talks about it or educates us about the ramifications of having unmanaged blood sugar levels. Type 2 Diabetes, Cancer, Alzheimers/Dementia and Heart Disease are alllll caused by unmanaged blood sugar. In this episode, I give an overview on why this is important and HOW to be a little more aware of this.

The topic of nutrition is SO confusing. Everyone has something different to say, and so many people promise results if you follow their magical plan. The TRUTH is that no one can know the ABSOLUTE best way to eat for your own body except for YOU!
This week, I am breaking down my own philosophy that I have developed over the past 14 years. Hint: It involves you making your own decisions based on how certain foods make you feel. Winter + COVID fatigue is REAL right now! Motivation is down, Pizza and Netflix are up and most of us are in a funk. Let's validate that. BUT...what CAN we do to keep moving forward? Or, at the very least, not move backwards...in this episode I share a BUNCH of tips for adding just one little thing into your life that will create BIG changes if done consistently. Alcohol consumption is at an all-time high. With the pandemic marching on with no end in sight, we MUST be aware of how much we choose to drink, if we want to remain in control of our relationship with alcohol. Our "foundational" muscles consist of the musculature in our Glutes, Hips, Core, and Back. These muscles are the MOST important to build and keep strong, as they support us throughout our lives and enable us to do what we want to do with ease and coordination.
