In this episode Aidan is back and joined by Professor Alexander Hammers, Professor (Honorary Consultant) of Imaging and Neuroscience and Head of the King’s College London & Guy’s and St Thomas’ PET Centre at St Thomas’ Hospital. In this episode Aidan and James discuss the possibility of life in our Universe. In this episode Aidan and James explore the world of neuroscience by taking a look at CTE (Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy) and concussions. Concussions arise in a number of sports, with athletes who partake in contact sports being the worse affected.
