We loved celebrating Sissy's latest books, Raising Worry-Free Girls and Braver, Stronger, Smarter: A Girl's Guide to Overcoming Worry, back in September at her launch party in Nashville. Mothers and daughters descended up Sissy's sister's store to celebrate. Sarah Bragg recorded some interviews during the party. In this episode, you will hear from some moms and daughters about what they worry about and what helps them when they do. This is a great episode to listen to with you kid.  Be sure to listen to Bonus Episode Part 2 for more interviews from the party.
