Abraham Lincoln aptly stated, "No man is poor who has a godly mother!" As we ponder this profound statement, we are reminded of God’s beautiful plan and design. As believers, we understand that a godly mother embodies the ‘Heart and Love of Christ’ to her children. She remains cognizant of her influential role and responsibilities over their lives and futures, thus making sacrifices for their welfare without hesitation. This week, our team will share why we are grateful for our mothers and how God guided us through childhood, adolescence, and young adulthood because of them and our dads.
