Raising Your Spirits

Tony explains the difficulty for many people to find this level of "stillness" or emptiness in their experience. It is mainly because we are trying too hard and several examples will demonstrate this. It does take practice as we have been conditioned to do and look at life as a checklist of things to do rather than just be who you are. A special meditation was created just for this class to help people get into this stillness mode or zone because that is where spirit and your Creator is. In the part 3 segment Spirit wants us to look at time as an element you can control and end up finding your stillness within. It is time for you to release and let the light carry you more. Tony Gyenis channels spirit's message that it is all about connecting to your own inner being. This is all about listening to another set of voices instead of responding like a robot and not question anything. It is only in the unknown that your inner voice of spirit will guide you. Burnout is the lack of stillness in your life.We have been taught to focus on the numerous outside distractions to keep our minds busy during this season and all others. When you are overwhelmed you don't have time to have quiet and reflection as part of your day. This meditation is dedicated to all those people who feel there is more to life and want to take the beginning steps to discover what is behind the noise and even more important; what is behind the silence and stillness.A quote once said that from the stillness your Creator will present themselves. The God light is inside of you and stillness is absolutely essential to unlock this universal light. Play this meditation at least 4 times a week. There is a reason why this particular meditation soundtrack is over 50 minutes long. We wanted you to have enough time to get past the mental clutter and reach this stillness mode inside of you. There you will find everything you have been looking for. For those that have a hard time in clearing your minds at first focus only on your breathing. Then when you feel you are relaxed whisper to yourself "Tell me who I am" or "Show me what I am" or "I am the light, please shine it within me". Following your heart means so many things to everyone. Freedom is following a light that you are getting to pursue without thinking about it. Spirit sees humans as being too serious. Spirit reminds us that we are free-spirited beings and our given right when we are born is freedom. Yet we are born into a system for the masses where we are given just as much freedom as others will give us. It is a subtle hand of control and it is conditional. In this podcast we explore what it is like to be free and have limits at the same time. As long as we stay within the lines we are allocated some measure of freedom but it comes at a price. This episode goes on by saying we as humans have come to this earth to push the envelopes and the limits so others can follow and hopefully their journey will not be so challenging. Spirit sees that our best may change frequently. Some days we can do so much and be so productive while other days it seems we work so hard and get almost nothing done. Why is there such a disparity in our performance? Spirit sees that our lives have been one mastery of illusion where people go through great lengths to know as little as possible about themselves. They experience separation and judgement to further separate humanity and even nature. It is about us and them. This episode goes on by saying we as humans have stopped dreaming within and have replaced it with the dream of the planet.
