WE HAVENT EVEN MADE IT THROUGH THE FIRST MONTH OF THE YEAR YET AND I FEEL LIKE SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE LEFT THIS EARTH! SO GRAB YOUR LOVED ONES AND HOLD THEM CLOSE BECAUSE IF ITS ONE THING I KNOW FOR SURE, TOMORROW IS NOT PROMISED AND THE DAYS JUST KEEP ZOOMING RIGHT PAST! An overwhelming month for sure but I cant let that stop me from doing what I love and committed to.  Holiday season got the wrong feelings associated with it because this is not "the most wonderful time of the year" its the most stressful. From sickness to holidays gatherings, to decorating the tree to buying all the goddamn gifts and working on top of that! What is wonderful about that?  Here is to the grind its about to take for me to get back to where I was on with this platform! Im taking FULL advantage of this new year, and so should you!

Its been ONE year since this Pod has started.. am i where i want to be? No! but i will NOT let that stop me or any other person in this world male or female!  Life is hard enough! Stop tearing people down and letting them tear you down! We are lifting each other up from now on! Calling all the REAL ones!!!! Challenge has been given will you accept it or deny it?

It’s not easy being you, but looking at yourself in a negative way all the time isn’t going to make it any easier! It’s time to change the way you look at yourself! It’s only up from here! Speak it & Believe you! Challenge has been put out, will you accept it?

Blessed is an understatement but ya girl definitely needs to get her shit together! what is with the late posting?  i honestly just have been doing too damn much and not making the time i need!  But we got this from now on, promise ya!  Your voice is the most important, are you listening to it? Between the negativity we face and whats going on in the world the only way to get through is to change the way you think about it! Phone a friend and have a conversation, its time for a little accountability! Celebrate ALL the wins because YOU did it!
