They have a very topical discussion abouT fitness and nutrition and touch on their own experiences with their health. There is a very interesting Q & A segment which gives an insight into the various struggles that people go through during their own health journeys. Dervla is a qualified personal trainer and Bethany is a qualified nutritionist so they can accurately give out advice and tips but it is always best to consult a doctor in the case of any serious health issues that you are worried about. We are finally back with a full hour episode. This episode is all about our exciting, crazy and stressful trip to Budapest. We went to Sziget 2022, a music festival where amazing acts such as Dua Lipa, Justin Bieber and Artic Monkeys performed. This trip was a once in a lifetime experience so we were happy to relive it and share our thoughts on it and discuss some events that would of course only happen to us.
