There was a second vote for the Speaker of the House and Jim Jordan was again the Republican nominee and he lost for a second time. In fact, he lost more Republican votes in the second vote. Sadly, its headed in the wrong direction for Jim Bob. It's been more than two weeks without a Speaker and the Republicans are panicking. Let's get into it.

Jim Jordan took the vote for the Speaker of the House to the House floor. In the first ballot, 20 Republicans voted against Jim Jordan and he was not elected to the job. So now, presumably there will be a second vote today. It doesn't look promising for Jordan. Let's get into it.

The war in Gaza is escalating. Hamas attacked Israel and now Israel is ramping it up and going scorched earth. Because of what Hamas has done it sealed the fate and likely gave a death sentence to a lot of innocent people. We don't know where this headed but we know its going to be tragic.
