On this episode I share my thoughts and reflections on the approach some workplaces take when addressing the recent events and Racism. We all know this is not an easy topic to discuss and there should always be an aspect on getting a sense of people's thoughts, feelings, opinions and perception at an early point before carrying out training or awareness workshops. These are my thoughts and are based on my own experience. I would love to hear your thoughts too. Don't forget to follow me on Twitter and drop me a comment with your thoughts on approaching this topic within the workplace @The_ReEducation and don't forget the hashtag #thereeducationpodcast.--- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/the-reeducation/messageSupport the show
