Description
Real Conversations is just that, conversations about business, life and real estate. The way we learn is by having conversations, typically with people that are waaaaay smarter than us, I intend to be the dumbest person on this podcast because I want to learn and I want to make sure that you learn and get immense value from the guests that I will be bringing on the show. I hope you enjoy.

Welcome to Season 2 and the first episode of 2021 of the Real Conversations Podcast with David Greenspan of KiTS.
KiTS stands for Keeping in Touch Systems, a company David created to service Realtors in their business to help them stay in flow and contact with their database.
We touch on David's beginnings in real estate, the creation of KiTS as well as the new venture he launched last year in David Greenspan Coaching. David is a wealth of knowledge and is quite easy to listen to. Make sure to put this podcast on and listen to the entire episode, you won't be disappointed.
On today's show we talk to Jen and Ryan Shields, or how I like to refer to them as, Spouses Selling Houses. They are a husband and wife team in Brandon, Manitoba, Canada that have successfully been able to build an amazing brand by showcasing their community and using video to do that. Listen in as we talk about their why, how they got started and where they see video in the future of real estate.
On this episode of the Real Conversations Podcast we interview Nick Good of the Good Homes team powered by eXp Realty out of Dallas Fort Worth. We talk modern evolution of teams, how to prepare yourself for success and go through Nick's interesting story of success in real estate, from pizza delivery driver to owning over $100M in real estate and running a $50M/yr producing real estate team.
On today's show we talk to Ryan Hodge, owner of the Realty Firm Inc in London Ontario. Ryan is always such an interesting guy to talk to because I know we can go deep on any topic, he is well versed in business and always has an opinion delivered without ego or assumptions. We touch on emulating before innovating in your real estate business, how he sold over 100 homes in his first year in business, we address a broken brokerage model and lastly touch on his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers football team.
On today's Real Conversations podcast I interview a local Calgary, Alberta Realtor about how he went from the classic employee mindset to that of a successful entrepreneur. Robyn has only been in real estate as a Realtor for 5 years but has already seen massive success, going from being on a team to being solo, he has done what many have not been able to do in his same position. Listen as Robyn and I go deep and wide on his journey from employee to entrepreneur.
Yes this is an evening show and yes there might a few expletives, but don't let that stop you from tuning into this episode where we talk beer, leadership, digital (Facebook) marketing, Google Plus, Michael Jordan and many other topics in this epically long podcast.
We covered a lot of topics with Gary in this episode of Real Conversations including how to find your Why, Positive Mindset, Fundamentals of real estate investing and failing forward to name a few. I'm positive you are going to gain a lot of insight from this episode, thanks for tuning in!
So many amazing nuggets in this episode with Adam Bailey of the Just Do It Movement and ExP. One of my favorite parts of this episode is where Adam gets real with us and talks about when he had to put his ego aside, leave what he helped build and move forward to bigger and better things. This part of the podcast really resonated with me for a lot of reasons. Adam is an amazing human and I was so proud to have him as a guest on the podcast this week.
This week I had the pleasure of talking to Nolan Matthias Lead Planner of Mortgage360, Canada's first B-Corp mortgage brokerage. Man we talked about a lot of stuff in this episode but it is chock full of amazing stories and good nuggets for you to chew on and look to implement into your business.
Arguably one of the funniest Realtors on Social Media today, I got the chance to sit down and talk to Matt about his business, transitioning from being on a team to a solo agent, his marketing style and of course about video marketing. You won't want to miss this episode, he's as funny to talk to in person as he is in his videos!
On this episode of the Real Conversations podcast I talk to Ben Fairfield, industry coach, speaker and director for expansion at United Home Group. We talk about finances, mental toughness and how to pivot during the economic shutdown that Covid19 has brought to North America.
Today's guest is Kevin Kauffman, co-founder of one of the largest Real Estate Groups on Facebook, Next Level Agents as well as co-founder of Group 46:10 his real estate team powered by eXp Realty. On today's show we introduce Robyn Schidlowsky as the new co-host of the podcast and then we go deep on why agent's want to start teams, will the public need real estate agents in 20 years and why brokerages should embrace the power that the Realtor holds and not ignore it.
