When i began this journey i believed i had a problem however i knew not what it was now as my financial iQ grow now I understand and recognize habits and cycles that makes some one poor no matter their income. My aim now is to break that cycle!
its said that “applied knowledge is intelligence” im a very kinetic learner with that said Ive read RD/PD book; but i lack the experience to apply my new found knowledge! However lets say ill be rereading as my knowledge grows and its application becomes more fluent to me
what do you do for a house with a really low arv that needs a lot of work? I have a property that needs a offer. it needs lots of repairs and the arv is super low not sure what I can do or offer . He is motivated to sell though.

when doing a joint venture on a flip or wholesale deal what kind of contract should I use?

Why do all these investors ask to see your original contract ? This is the second deal an investor has ask this of me. I was taught never show original contract. the investor said he need to know what he is agreeing to? He does not want to close the deal until he sees it.
