The course in miracles explains how to have a perfect day and it starts by having you make no decisions on your own. This is about monitoring your thoughts, taking a pause, and then asking how you would really like your day to go?

Let me not be your critic Lord and Judge against you is the opening sentence in this daily lesson. Let it be as God created it so I can recognize myself as God created me is another line. Only reality is free of pain, free of lose and holy safe...Let all things be exactly as they are.

One of the main lessons The Course In Miracles is that we are One and not seperate. Now our challenges is because we see ourself separated. Todays lesson is to perceive no differences and that God has one Son.

This topic is not directly from the course in miracles but in directly in many ways. And it church settings and preachers messages I am sure this is asked a lot there. My lesson for the day is "This day I choose to spend in perfect peace"...and I am having a good day but not in perfect peace. But what we put are focus on or "Worship" does seem to determine our peace.
