This week, Ted Clark, founding partner of Clark Baird Smith LLP shares his perspective on possible implications of the proposed Illinois constitutional amendment, known as Amendment 1 or Workers' Right Amendment, on public sector employers. With over 45 years’ experience, Ted represents both public and private sector management clients with respect to a wide variety of collective bargaining and employment law matters, including mediation and interest arbitration.
