Food is a love language. In this season finale, Virgie and good friend Angela Trakas talk about the power of sharing a meal, and all the ways food has made their friendship stronger.
"Fill up your tummy!" says dietician Dr. Jennnifer Brady. Dietitians are not immune to fatphobia. It can seep into their training programs and -- ultimately -- the advice they give to patients. Virgie and dietician Jennifer Brady discuss this while savoring croissants and discussing the feminist history of home economics.

That’s great that you can be fat and happy about it at the same time, but you can’t ignore the fact that there are major health concerns with being overweight. That’s not my concern if you choose to be healthy or u healthy, but don’t go spreading bullshit about how it’s ok to be overweight without discussing the health risks that can come with that. If you understand the risks and are still happy to be overweight, then by all means power to you!
