This week we chat about some old-ass games with some new-ass remasters, including The Thing and Soul Reaver, but we also talk about some of this year's big Game Awards announcements, how Naughty Dog is big game development's most prominent ship of Theseus, plus we read some emails.  This week's music:  Banks - Beggin for Thread (Unplugged)
This week we're surprised that 1) Indiana Jones: The Great Circle is great, and 2) that other people agree, plus we talk about the likely juggernaut of Marvel Rivals, the questionable scrutability of Caves of Qud, how to install a bunch of programs at once on a new windows install, the difference between LG's C4 and G4 tvs, and plenty more.  This week's music:  Bad Omens - The Worst in Me
The game releases are slowing down but we're not (mostly, we guess), as we talk about STALKER 2, Avowed, Rise of the Golden Idol, Gladiator 2, and plenty more!  This week's music:  Architects - Whiplash
This week we're talking about some maniac mansion-ass puzzle solving in Rise of the Golden Idol, Half Life 2's big anniversary update, gaming handhelds, CES, NVMe drives, Dragon Age - the works.  This week's music:  Jerry Cantrell - Off the Rails
Despite current events current event'ing, we're still here, and so are video games, so we're going to talk about them - games like Dragon Age: The Veilguard, Black Ops 6, Amanda the Adventurer 2, Straftat, the PS5 Pro, and more.  This week's music:  Max Richter - On the Nature of Daylight - Piano version
This week we're back to chat about Black Ops 6 (which is better than Black Ops Cold War, which we also talk about), Retrorealms, Fast Food Simulator, and plenty more! We're also doing Extra-life again this year! You can find out more at rebelfm.wtf.  This week's music:  Ice Nine Kills feat. Shavo - A Work of Art
Somehow we recorded a monster of an episode talking about Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred, Tiny Glade, Dragon Age Inquisition, Thronefall, Kill Knight, and a lot more, plus quite a few of your emails. So enjoy that! This week's music:  Better Lovers - At All Times
Somehow a podcasting duo rambles for over two hours this week as we talk Slackers: Carts of Glory, Lonely Mountain: Snow Riders, Starfield: Shattered Space, The Axis Unseen, the new Joker and Salem's Lot movies, and we also read a lot of emails.  This week's music:  Spiritbox (feat. Tatiana Shmayluk) - Circle With Me
We're here and maybe, kind of, possibly ranting about video game onboarding and how video games won't shut up and let us play them, but we're also talking about Echo Point Nova, The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, Dale & Dawson Stationery Supplies, Frostpunk 2, Starfield, and a lot more.
This week we get pseudo old-school as we talk about UFO50 and Five Nights at Freddy's: Into the Pit, plus Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, why publishers remake games, and plenty more.  This week's music:  Scary Kids Scaring Kids - The Deep End
The PS5 Pro was finally announced, and we get into it - why it costs what it does, whether we plan on buying one, and whether we think it will find an audience. Then we talk Space Marine, a bit more Astro Bot, and plenty more.  This week's music:  FEVER 333- NO HOSTAGES
The fall is upon us, and so are the games - games like Space Marine 2, Astro Bot, The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, and plenty more! This week's music:  Linkin Park - The Emptiness Machine
This week we're surprised to find ourselves talking about the Black Ops 6 multiplayer beta, but we've also got chat about Squirrel With a Gun, Tetris, and plenty of other stuff too.  This week's music:  PLAIINS - Slow Rotting, Fast Decay
We're a little late on this one, but that's because we're talking about Star Wars: Outlaws (which has an embargo), but we also take time to talk about Tactical Breach Wizards, The Crow (2024), and we even squeeze in a bonus post-show spoiler chat about Alien: Romulus.  This week's music:  Halsey - Lonely is the Muse
This week we're on the cusp of the big Fall release onslaught, and we've got some inklings of games like Black Myth: Wukong and Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, but we're also talking about plenty of other stuff, including this week's release of Alien: Romulus.  This week's music:  Allie X (w/Sidewalks and Skeletons) - Weird World
This week the games are a little slow but we've still got plenty to talk about, including the Bungie situation, the new Batman animated series, World of Goo 2, Star Wars Bounty Hunter, and a lot more.  This weeks music:  Chelsea Wolf & Crosses - Tunnel Lights (††† (Crosses) remix)
This week we're all over the place with new indie games like Clickolding, Home Safety Hotline, and Chained Together, but we also talk about the ROG Ally X, and even Deadpool and Wolverine and our favorite controllers.  This week's music:  Alice in Chains - Nutshell
This week we're awash in Game Pass releases, starting with the glimmers of hope and general headscratchiness of Flintlock, the cozy hack and slashing of Dungeons of Hinterberg, spooky baking in Magical Delicacy, the misadventures of a unique theatrical experience with Twisters, and more.  This week's music:  Saosin - It's Far Better to Learn (Live)
It's the dog days of summer and the game releases are sparse, but we've still cobbled together a little show for you consisting of some Star Trek, some Ghost Recon, some Deep Rock, and a little bit more here and there.  This week's music:  Deftones - Be Quiet and Drive (Far Away)
We're back! Finally! But the games aren't, so we're talking about Galacticare, Elden Ring, Assassin's Creed Nexus, and a handful of other things before reading some emails.  This week's music:  Chokecherry - Afterglow

Normal enemies are giving you more trouble than bosses because last episode you said that you use spirit summons to attack the bosses and you go slash their back and then run away and you don’t have that option for normal enemies. And the he brags about how easy the game is and how good he is at it. Well that’s why.

Same been a day 1 subscriber and 1up fan since before the collapse. These guys are knowledgeable and can have conflicting opinions which makes great discussions and they speak their minds unlike other gaming podcasts in fear of offending developers and their fans. Each host has different tastes and backgrounds in the industry. No gimmicks,no ads, fact full and to the point. Best gaming podcast out put there.!
