I did the "get fit" option because I don't have no problem with my weight. but all it wanted me to do is restrict calories. and their recipe and exercise guides are just PDFs. they don't integrate on the app!!! bTW, those two little PDFs will cost you $49.95 🤯

issues like this is why we need to go to already-contaminated areas for lithium mining, instead of ruining new environments. a good example is lithium extraction in oil and gas plants in Canada, where lithium can even be a byproduct of oil extraction (especially when we still rely on oil for so many things). we should be moving towards environmentally-friendly innovations if the ultimate goal is to save the planet!
