Sometimes recording is fun and sometimes it’s…well, a challenge. The guys from Sons of Sevilla recorded this with us while on the road in their RV and halfway through the recording, their wifi connection farted out. We finished the episode without them. But that wasn’t before we were able to talk about chill rock, who’s the little fighter, Terry Reid, Paul McCartney, the not so famous (but you know them) bass players on this album, Skynrd, short and to the point songs, and Clapton. Harley Flanagan has been kicking out punk music since he was in grade school. Literally. Cro-Mags, Harley's band, has been a big part of the NYC punk scene since the 80s and Harley has been making the rounds lately promoting his documentary called "Harley Flanagan: Wired for Chaos."Probably should have known by the documentary title that this episode would be anything but our typical format.
