Cameron Osborne has been supporting customers for five years at Point of Rental. He recounts his career transition from managing at Aldi to joining Point of Rental amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. He initially started as a Software Support Technician, a role he still holds, though his responsibilities and impact have grown significantly over the years. Cameron discusses his appreciation for the company's supportive and collaborative environment, particularly in balancing his job with part-time Electrical Engineering studies. Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, specifically Elden Ring and Factorio.

VP of Global Sales Preston Harris shares his journey from studying entrepreneurship in college, dabbling in startups, to getting sent to Australia to launch Point of Rental there before returning to the States and eventually leading the sales team. Preston talks about his day-to-day activities filled with meetings and his passion for deep-focus work. He loves the company's creative and innovative culture. Outside work, Preston is involved in regenerative farming on his ranch, focusing on building soil quality and biodiversity. 

Marco Jimenez started out as a telemarketer before moving on to a 15-year tenure in IT and finally Point of Rental in 2020. He tells us about his role in software support and what he's been doing for the last five years, while letting us in on his non-IT-related interests, like Okinawan Jiu Jitsu (sorry, he didn't demonstrate on Brian).

Dan McKenna has been at Higher Concept & Point of Rental for 20 years now. We caught up with him to reflect on his journey and lessons learned from two decades at the company (sadly, the video of him thanking those who helped get him to this point has been lost to the internet).

Account Manager Ian Young shares his journey from the plant and tool hire industry to Point of Rental. He talks about his transition to software, the importance of relationships, and what excites him about his current role. Roberto Hernandez joined Point of Rental's IT team five years ago and has journeyed across the organization to help manage the company's Salesforce data. He still plays around with hardware at home, operating his own servers, and is one of the few people remaining with a big investment in VHS tapes. Learn more about him in his five-year interview!

Jon Hoffer, one of Point of Rental's earliest account executives, joins host Scott Plomer to talk about his career in the rental industry, what he's been doing at Point of Rental over the past 15 years, and tells us about his favorite places to travel.

John Wooten started in the rental industry as a teenager, working his way up over the years to the CEO of All Star Rents before joining Point of Rental. He's now managing our Elite and Essentials products, leveraging his expertise (along with his conversations with customers) to guide the software. One of the keys to his success? "Embracing the dumb" when you're learning new things and using it to constantly expand your knowledge.

Sean Konys nearly hung up when he got the call about joining Point of Rental, thinking it was someone who didn't understand what he did. Lathan Andrews celebrated five years at Point of Rental by delving into his journey to becoming Point of Rental's dedicated in-house recruiter. He chats about juggling various duties, particularly focusing on the US, UK, and Australia. Outside of work, Lathan's interests extend to movies and Lego, hinting at an ambition of becoming a film critic. He also discusses family life and being a father for the first time. 

Misael Perez celebrates his five-year anniversary at Point of Rental by recounting his time with the company, starting with the internship he got thanks to his sister, Evelyn. He discusses what you'd find in his YouTube history and the advice he would give to new professionals entering the field. 

Before joining the company, Eric King was focused on building a location-based social networking app at a beach in North Carolina. His journey started as the first hire for Point of Rental's mobile team, helping build Point of Rental One from the ground up. Outside of work, he's been exploring artificial intelligence, and figuring out ways it can work to make life more efficient for all.
