Time to discuss Aslan the Lion in the Chronicles of Narnia. What similarities does his story share with the bible, what differences are evident, and once we see both, what should we do with them?

Thomas jumps back into the podcast with a short episode discussing a few of the films he saw last year. They were...fine. Just...fine.

I got a little up in my head over this episode and I pulled it. I got some good feedback though and I realize that this thing is going to remain imperfect no matter how much I grow. Taking a minute to plan and regroup with the hopes of having a much stronger podcast in the coming weeks and new year. So take this episode with a grain of salt. We take a quick look at Philippians 4:11 and the overarching theme of contentment in the epistle. Then I slaughter some concepts from Jeremiah Burroughs.

Today I share the story of what started my shift from being a baptist to being a presbyterian and I try to do it with grace. Here's hoping it works. This leads into a brief discussion of forms of church government and the very real need for accountability regardless of which you subscribe to.
