Tim Koh and I dive into the joys and challenges of cultivating a thriving worship ministry. Have you heard the terms “the sound of revival” or a church trying to “find their own sound?” These phrases can be exciting, but they can also be confusing! Every church and community has their own unique sound that the Lord wants them to capture and release. But many don't recognize this is the case and therefore don't explore the authentic sound of their own community. The ones that go on a quest to find this, impact communities in a transformational way, and even impact nations.   In this episode, I talk about the significance and beauty of tuning into the song of the Lord in the sound of the people. This looks different in every community.
