The final episode of season one of the Rems Gems podcast was a memorable one. Reid ends the season with a tough 0-5 record that will leave a sour taste for the whole offseason. The squad recaps the year that was and the first season on the podcast while still giving some winners and insight into this weekend's slate.

The band gets back together for a Christmas edition of the Rems Gems podcast. With NFL games being played all day Saturday and Sunday be sure to listen in this week to get the groups insight on the slate to come. The trio make a wager live on air for who will have the best record this week within their five picks against the spread. In a week that is full of ugly dogs and public favorites, who will take the cash?

The guys recap last weeks bets! 

Episode 16 starts with a celebratory opening. Not because of last week's picks, but because Tom is celebrating 38 years of marriage with the queen of the Rems Gems. The squad recaps the NFL week 13 slate and discusses some of the bad beats such as the Bears and Texans. With a 38-27 and 35-30 record the younger two Gems aren’t out of the contest yet, but will need to heat up soon to make the money. Kyle discusses the worst beat of the year missing a 30/1 and 50/1 shot because of his arch rival (Nick Sirianni) boneheaded decision. Then the group dives into the week 14 NFL games and provides their five winners for the week along with each member's Rems Gem pick.

Week 13 of the NFL starts a week of new beginnings. Kyle starts his new job while Reid and Tom look to revamp their contest record. The group goes over the College Football Futures heading into the conference championships this weekend. With only six weeks remaining in the NFL season Kyle aims to catch fire at the end of the season to improve on his 37-23 record against the spread this season.

The band is back together after a nice bounce-back week across the board. A Combined 11-4 record puts the group back on track in the contest and looks to carry that momentum into Thanksgiving week.  After doing a brief recap of week 11 in the NFL, the Rems look ahead at some future lines like Coach Of the Year, MVP, and Longshot Super Bowl odds.  With Thanksgiving week upon us, we had to get the podcast out in time for everyone to feast on some winners during Thanksgiving.

Kyle looks to regroup after a tough 1-4 week that dropped his record to 29-21 on the year. Reid continues to pick up momentum after another 3-2 weeks, while Tom changes up his strategy to the K.I.S.S. methodology for his picks.   After reviewing last week's games, the squad discusses the underdog trends that have taken over this season.   Things got a bit heated when discussing the week 11 NFL games after some conflicting picks were made. The Rems Gems podcast returns to discuss their favorite picks for the NFL week 10 slate.    After a preview of last week's picks the group looks to bounce back off a sub-par week. The Rems Gems squad dives into a wild week six In the NFL.    A week 6 recap of our picks with current records standing at:   Kyle: 22-8 Reid: 17-13 Tom: 14-16   The group discusses the biggest fraud teams through the first third of the season while evaluating the current divisional standings.   With over 90% of the survivor contest eliminated Kyle gives his pick for this week.    Lastly each member gives their week 7 picks and with the squad aligned on a number of games, you’ll want to tail their picks this week! 

In this episode, Kyle and Tom recap the week 5 NFL games. Everything from horrible coaching decisions, referees, and the need for some common sense across the league.   Kyle stays hot with another 4-1 week and improves his record to 19-6 while staying alive in the survivor contest.   The two provide a 200/1 long shot college football future bet before diving into the week six NFL picks.   With a 19-6 record, Kyle sits in 34th place out of 4,074 teams in the Draftkings NFL Pickem contest. Kyle is out of the studio with Covid, but that doesn’t stop him from joining Reid and Tom via zoom to provide his winners after a 15-5 start that has him in 74th place out of 4,075 entries.   The group discusses the crazy poker hand that occurred last week between Robbi and Garrett, while Reid provides a story from Vegas playing poker with Daniel Negreanu and Alan Cunningham.    After a recap of the NFL Week 4 games, the squad dives into the upcoming week 5 slate and provides our Rems Gems Best Bet of the week.
