This is Renegade Files Episode 001, The Malmstrom AFB UFO Incident.According to retired Air Force personnel, UFOs appeared and hovered over Missile Launch Control Facilities at the Malmstrom Air Force Base in Cascade County Montana, early one spring morning in 1967. Coinciding with this occurrence, multiple Nuclear Missiles were rendered inoperable. Extensive military and contractor investigations could never determine any plausible cause for the missile system failures. In this episode of Renegade Files we explore the documented report created by Air Force Officers Robert Salas and Jim Klotz upon retirement in 1996. We then dive deep into the event’s Declassified Documents obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request. After hearing this story and comparing these two detailed sources of information, you may never look at the subjects of UFOs and the weapons of war quite the same. This is Renegade Files Episode 7, The Laurel Canyon Conspiracy Theory. In this episode Lex Gordon travels back in time to the psychedelic sixties. There was a war in Vietnam, unrest among the youth, a subculture of rebellion, marijuana, LSD, and free love, and a growing FM radio audience across the nation. Is it possible that the musicians of Laurel Canyon and the first Hippies of the 1960s were part of a greater plan to control the opposition by creating it, and sabotage the anti-war sentiments of respected academics and professionals by framing their positions in paisley shirts, long hair, and drug-addled ramblings? Does the research of Dave McGowan link the Deep State, Military Intelligence, and the Laurel Canyon Anti-War movement to a degree that's too obvious to ignore? This is Renegade Files Episode 8, The Ariel School Alien Encounter. This time we dive deep into a topic that checks nearly every box of the Renegade Files mission. This episode is an Unsolved Mystery, a very likely Paranormal Event, and not just a UFO sighting, but an Alien Encounter experienced by multiple witnesses, all of whom reported and described the same things. In 1994 at a school in Zimbabwe Africa, 62 kids saw UFOs in the air, one UFO land, and received important and powerful messages from beings they universally described as Aliens. The event was covered by the BBC, a Harvard psychiatrist, and other researchers who all interviewed the children and the teachers. Then, a comprehensive, feature-length documentary of the event was supposedly produced over several years and although its creator claimed it was finished in 2019, no one has ever seen it. We’ll hear what the experts who spoke to the children concluded, examine some of the powerful testimony of the kids who were there, then look into the disappearance of the documentary that people are still waiting for.So put on your school uniform, get out your crayons and notebook paper, and come with me back to 1994 as we learn all about… The Ariel School Alien Encounter. This is Renegade Files Episode 9, The Phoenix Lights UFO Event. On March 13, 1997 in Arizona thousands of witnesses saw, photographed, and reported various configurations of lights in the skies that ranged from 3 orange spheres to an enormous V-Shaped craft that was miles across and displayed similar orange lights, while being followed by separate orange spheres matching the descriptions of the spheres seen independent of the larger craft. The following days, months, and at this point, years failed to provide any conclusive explanation for the event, and it is a tale filled with government pranks, ridiculed officials, scrambled Fighter Jets, and a large number of insistent, credible witnesses. In this episode of Renegade Files we will explore the events that took place that clear spring night, dive into witness descriptions, photos, and videos, then examine the theories put forth by the officials in their attempts to explain away The Phoenix Lights UFO Event.Merchandise https://www.bonfire.com/store/renegade-files/Website http://therenegadefiles.comPatreon https://www.patreon.com/renegadefiles--------------------------Dr. Lynne Kitei’s book (Amazon): “The Phoenix Lights: A skeptic’s discovery that we are not alone,” *Documentary Film (Amazon): “I Know What I Saw” by James Fox *Photos / Videos of event in “The Phoenix Lights” on Youtube: https://youtu.be/6b7C9oxHfFEMusic: Theme Song: “Steve’s Djembe” by Vani, FMA, licensed: Creative Commons CC BY-SA 4.0 License.“Blato” by Shay Brahem, FMA, licensed: Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 License.“Two Chord Progression” by Daniel Birch, FMA, licensed: Creative Commons CC BY-NC 4.0 License“Chaos Would Turn To Peace” by Darkstar83, FMA, licensed: Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 License“A Silent Voice” by Darkstar83, FMA, licensed: Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 License“Backspace” (daydream version) by Blear Moon, FMA, licensed: Creative Commons CC BY-NC 4.0 License* disclosure statement: some links may be affiliate links which earn Renegade Files a small compensation but add no cost to you.
You have found your way to Renegade Files. Your entertainment and information home for all things weird, unexplained, and mysterious beyond belief. This is Renegade Files Episode number 10, The Death of Kurt Cobain.Thank you for tuning in to the show. This one is quite a ride.In the early 1990s the music industry was poised to change, but it hadn’t truly changed yet. Consumption of music was in the midst of transitioning from the analog world of vinyl to the digital world of CDs, with the portable, but inferior-to-both, magnetic cassette tape bridging the gap.At the same time the previous decade of music had stripped out the soul of rock and roll, in favor of cookie-cutter tunes that were commercially viable, fit into FM radio timeslots, and could be performed by hair-sprayed, spandexed, pseudo-bad boys.Grunge emerged as a direct response to the bland, corporate rock machine of the 80s, and was fueled by the exceedingly high profit margin of plastic CDs. Grunge was arguably the first truly new musical style to emerge in the US since Rap, and it came from genuine creativity, soul, and as a reaction to a huge music industry that had systematically removed those things from their products. Kurt Cobain and Nirvana emerged to become the kings of Grunge and their music and lyrics make up some of the best music released in generations. But in the end, Kurt Cobain met with a tragic end and regardless of how you interpret his last days, he gave us everything he had, and I’m grateful for what he did while he was with us.On this episode of Renegade Files we’ll look into the facts, the timeline, and the cast of characters involved with the sad death of a creative, talented, and troubled person. Come with me as we dig through the facts associated with the loss of a pioneering musician and songwriter whose band rescued the nation from corporate 80s hairband glam, and became the voice of a generation looking for musical authenticity and lyrical relate-ability.Much like a hotel room on a grunge band tour stop, this entire case is just a mess. But together we’ll string together the details which paint a very different picture than the sanitized, neatly produced package given to us from the 90s news on MTV, or as Kurt Cobain called it, Empty-TV.Come with Renegade Files as we investigate…The Death of Kurt Cobain.Website http://therenegadefiles.comShare the website with your paranormal, mystery, and conspiracy loving friends.Merchandise https://www.bonfire.com/store/renegade-files/Get cool Renegade Files Gear.Patreon https://www.patreon.com/renegadefilesGet more content, deep episode research, and help us stay free and ad-free.--------------------------Music: Theme Song: “Steve’s Djembe” by Vani, FMA, licensed: Creative Commons CC BY-SA 4.0 License.“Shark Bay” by Aniqatia, FMA, licensed: Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND 3.0 License.“Maneuvers” by Aniqatia, FMA, licensed: Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND 3.0 License.“Elegy” by Aniqatia, FMA, licensed: Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND 3.0 License.“The Cost” by Aniqatia, FMA, licensed: Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND 3.0 License.“Noise” by Lately Kind Of Yeah, FMA, licensed: Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 License.“Tide Devourer” by Lately Kind Of Yeah, FMA, licensed: Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 License.“Virtual Blue” by Lately Kind Of Yeah, FMA, licensed: Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 License.

This is Renegade Files Episode 12, The Socorro UFO SightingOn April 24th, 1964, Socorro Police officer Lonnie Zamora was returning to the station at the end of an uneventful day. What happened next marked the end of his boring days for the foreseeable future. On that afternoon Lonnie Zamorra witnessed what has become one of the most enduring Unexplained UFO Sightings in American History. This is a case with a credible witness whose character has remained sterling for decades. It is also a case with a few, very late in the game, and frankly desperate debunking attempts, which are worth going over for their sheer comedic value. We will examine the claims put forth by Officer Lonnie Zamora, investigate the physical evidence of the sighting and its aftermath, and entertain some of the straw-grasping attempts to explain away this unique UFO event. So grab your Geiger counter, your 8mm home movie camera, and your mirror shades and come with me once again to the American southwest, as we explore The Socorro UFO Sighting.Merchandise https://www.bonfire.com/store/renegade-files/Patreon https://www.patreon.com/renegadefilesWebsite http://therenegadefiles.comIf you listen to Renegade Files on Spotify, Click the new Review Button on the left below the main show description to leave a 5 star review if you think we deserve it, which helps the show find new listeners. This is Renegade Files Episode 13, Ancient Advanced Technology, and it is Part 2 of our Egypt Series.Join Renegade Files on an expedition to explore the Unsolved Mysteries surrounding some of the world’s most puzzling out of place artifacts.Egyptologists tell us that the complex and precision stone artifacts found at ancient sites such as Meidum, the Valley Temple, The Giza Plateau, and throughout the Nile River Valley are just the coffins, funerary decorations, and pragmatic crockery made for the Egyptian Pharaohs of the day.But the craftsmanship of the granite boxes, stone vases, and other artifacts is far beyond the stone-working methods used by the ancient Egyptians, and well beyond the capabilities of the tools found in their archeological remains. And the ancient Egyptians themselves described an advanced civilization which predated their own by tens of thousands of years. Is it possible that a far-advanced civilization existed which possessed high technology that could account for the astounding workmanship and fabrication of these stone objects? Objects so precise, enormous, and alternately delicate, that we could scarcely reproduce them even today. And if such an advanced civilization did exist, what happened to them?Travel with Lex Gordon on another adventure back in time to Ancient Egypt for Part 2 of our Egypt Series and explore the evidence for Ancient Advanced Technology.Merchandise https://www.bonfire.com/store/renegade-files/Patreon https://www.patreon.com/renegadefilesWebsite http://therenegadefiles.comYou can help Renegade Files stay Free and Ad-Free by becoming a member of the RFA (the Renegade Files Agency) on Patreon. This is Renegade Files Episode 15, The Bobby Kennedy Assassination. On June 5th 1968, just four and a half years after his brother, President John Kennedy was shot and killed, US Senator and presidential hopeful Bobby Kennedy addressed his supporters and the press at The Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles, CA.Kennedy had just won back-to-back victories in South Dakota and California on the campaign trail of primaries seeking the Democratic Nomination for the upcoming presidential race. With minimal Security, Bobby Kennedy left the podium and proceeded to exit the hotel through a kitchen pantry when he was shot in the head and back multiple times.Bobby Kennedy died in the Good Samaritan Hospital 26 hours later.A Jordanian Immigrant, Sirhan-Sirhan, angry over RFK’s position on Palestine, was wrestled to the ground at the time of the shooting, a smoking gun in his hand, and the LAPD had an open and shut case. But did they? From the first moments after the shooting, evidence of Sirhan-Sirhan’s connection with shady hypnosis programs and the bizarre letters found at his home, combined with the fact that he claimed to have no memory of either the shooting or writing the inflammatory letters, caused many to speculate that the assassin had acted under some kind of mind control. And this is not the only focus of the conspiracy theories to arise around the RFK killing. Accounts of a second gun, extra bullets, destroyed evidence, and deep state cover-up began to pile up and persist to this day. So join Renegade Files and dive into one the most tragic and least understood events of the Space Age American Experience: The Bobby Kennedy Assassination.Diagram of the “Pantry” (labeled “Serving Kitchen” in this drawing).
