Ilma Lopez is from Venezuela and moved to the US in 2001 to go to school. She ended up going to culinary school in NYC and worked there for high profile chefs like Daniel Boulud and others. She worked in Spain for a year and then worked a cruise ship for a year as well. She and her husband moved to 2011 and opened their first restaurant, Piccolo, in 2013. Terry O'Brien is the owner of The Red Parka Pub in Glen, New Hampshire. The Red Parka is a 53 year old restaurant housed in a building from the 1800s in the White Mountains of NH with 250 seats during peak season and does about 600 dinner per night. Terry took over the business from her father in 2000. Genn Anzaldi is the Co-Owner of J-Town Deli & Country Store in Jackson Village, New Hampshire. She is also the Director of Marketing of The Valley Originals. Dick Delaney is the Owner of Delaney's Hole in the Wall located in North Conway, New Hampshire. Dick Delaney originally wanted to open a ski and snowboard shop in NH but started working in restaurants in the White Mountains area around 1981. In the late 80s, he and his wife decided they wanted to open a restaurant instead. Delaney's opened in 1994 is brings in over 4 million in total gross with a 15% profit. They currently own the restaurant building and both neighboring buildings. Michael and Siobhán Sindoni are the owners of Wayside Tavern, located in Portland, Maine. Michael and Siobhán met while working in a restaurant in D.C. They eventually got married and worked together in the restaurant scene in Dallas before moving to Portland, Maine. They continued to work in restaurants while settling in Portland before opening Wayside Tavern in 2021. Gregg Sessler is the Chef/Owner of Oddfellows Tavern in South Berwick, Maine. This is Gregg's 2nd time on the show. His first episode was number 06, way back in the beginning of Restaurant Unstoppable. Back then, Gregg owned Cava in Portsmouth, NH, an elevated dining experience. Brett Wintersteen is the Chef/Owner of HiFi BURRITOS in Dover, NH. Brett grew up in Rhode Island, working restaurants since he was 15, but went to school at UNH in Durham, NH. He got a job after college at Margarita's, a successful local Mexican chain in the northeast. He then moved on to Dos Amigos. Dos Amigos is a much-loved burrito joint with a handful of locations in New Hampshire. Dos Amigos closed down one of its locations and Brett stepped in with a Dos business partner to continue making high quality mexican meals. What started as Dos Mexican Eats became HiFi BURRITOS, which serves Dover, NH today with a brick and mortar, pop ups, and catering. Emshika Alberini is the Chef/Owner of Chang Thai Cafe and The Catch, both in Littleton, NH. Emshika moved to the US from Thailand in 2000 looking to become a professor, but ended up in corporate America until 2006 when she decided she wanted to open a restaurant. She opened Chang Thai Cafe in 2008 in Littleton, where her then husband and she lived. She has since opened The Catch, also in Littleton, and she has invested in real estate. Emshika makes all her business moves, especially the real estate side of things, with the idea of helping her town and community. Emmett Soldati is the Owner of Teatotaller. Emmett was living in London when he realized his hometown, that of Somersworth, NH, deserved some of the luxuries of a place as big and diverse as London. He returned to his hometown and decided, in 2011, to open a tea and coffee shop/cafe. In 2013, his first Teatotaller location opened. After moving the original location a few times, it has settled now in Concord, NH. Krista Cole is the sole owner of Sur Lie in Portland, ME, and Gather in Yarmouth, ME. She is the co-owner of Catface Cafe in Biddeford, ME. Prior to owning restaurants, Krista had a nursing career. She left that career in 2013 and opened Sur Lie in Portland in 2014. Later on, she took over ownership of Gather, located in Yarmouth, ME. John Burns is the Executive Director of SOS Recovery Community Organization, based in Rochester, NH. John was in executive sales prior to helping start SOS Recovery back in 2016. He started as a volunteer and soon became the Executive Director. John headed the project of opening Fold'd and brought on Mark, previously featured on episode #1134, a few months after opening, back in 2022.  Mark Segal is the GM and Chef at Fold’d Community Diner. Fold’d is, from their website, “a part of SOS Recovery community Organization. Our mission is to bring high quality dining options and workforce opportunities for those in recovery from problematic drug or alcohol use, previously incarcerated, and/or justice involved.” Mark got his start at his father’s 250 seat theater/restaurant in Connecticut. He became the chef and manager there from 1986-1992. He then went on to the C.I.A. in NYC. He worked in high level fine dining restaurants for very notable chefs in NYC and LA and moved up to Portsmouth, NH for his first Executive Chef position at the prestigious One Hundred Club. He then moved on to be a Corporate Chef at the legacy hospitality group Tinios, overseeing the 40 plus year old Galley Hatch and Popovers. Mark then opened his own restaurant, called Gracy in 2020 and closed it in 2023. In 2024, he became the GM and Chef at Fold’d. Mark Segal is the GM and Chef at Fold’d Community Diner. Fold’d is, from their website, “a part of SOS Recovery community Organization. Our mission is to bring high quality dining options and workforce opportunities for those in recovery from problematic drug or alcohol use, previously incarcerated, and/or justice involved.” Mark got his start at his father’s 250 seat theater/restaurant in Connecticut. He became the chef and manager there from 1986-1992. He then went on to the C.I.A. in NYC. He worked in high level fine dining restaurants for very notable chefs in NYC and LA and moved up to Portsmouth, NH for his first Executive Chef position at the prestigious One Hundred Club. He then moved on to be a Corporate Chef at the legacy hospitality group Tinios, overseeing the 40 plus year old Galley Hatch and Popovers.
