He is a conference and a motivational speaker, a radio and TV panelist and currently impacting, teaching and motivating people on varied issues on various platforms. Rev. Ismaila is also a Relationship Expert and has a program dubbed “Relationship Diary". With unique business acumen, Rev. Ismaila has birthed a number of companies among which is Emerging Generations International, a capacity building organization. He is happily married to Mrs. Josephine Ismaila Awudu, a professional caterer and CEO of J’S CAKES & FLORAL INSTITUTE a modern cake designing school; they both reside at East Legon, Accra, Ghana.
