Description

Revisionist History is Malcolm Gladwell's journey through the overlooked and the misunderstood. Every episode re-examines something from the past—an event, a person, an idea, even a song—and asks whether we got it right the first time. From Panoply Media. Because sometimes the past deserves a second chance.

Full confession: I am a Canadian, as is Mr. Gladwell. Canadians study American life: we observe & are affected by the events which occur south of the 49th. Our history, relativity and relationships are similar but different to that which we have with Americans. I believe that the greatest strength Mr. Gladwell brings to Revisionist History is this innate angle of difference. To bring fresh eyes to issues and stories which are both familiar and yet separate from his own. By looking at stories through two separate lenses, Mr. Gladwell presents a 3D version of events which we all can relate to in newer, deeper ways. Thank you for the dedication you bring to your craft...it is so appreciated.

Great theory/questions, would be interesting to look at it with a bit more context and data to shape it even more.

It would be hilarious to see conservative republicans screaming on Fox News about how you can't take everything in the Constitution literally.

I'm kinda done with Gladwell after the debate episode. I started out loving his perspective on things; it soured when he talked about test driving cars, but when he got to the part about underdogs, he just started to feel a bit like an asshole, and a lot pompous. By the time it got to audience questions, honestly wasn't interested in what his answers might be. I stopped shortly after.

It's like a view from the ground. Whilst everyone is seeing a perspective of their own inflation, or viewing outward from their lens of self deprecating depression this is a fresh outlook on so many important and meaningful topics economically and for society.

Malcolm I get your opinion but you are broad brushing this to every golfer who plays. Way off there. Your issue is with the LA courses not the average Janes.
