i really needed to hear this today! i started really working on myself and my health at the beginning of the year. i quit smoking mid january and im going strong. i still regurlarly (like every day) struggle with food cravings. im a binge eater/emotional eater working on her relationship with food and exercise. i think this podcast episode will really help me change the game and be able to fight my cravings a little better.
