Waldo comes to us from an undisclosed location.  Even though we could not find him, he told us he is in a good place in life.  Allen works as a Missouri PTAC (Procurement Technical Assistance Center).  What is that you might ask?  It is a government funded center that helps small businesses do business with the government.  Waldo teaches people the ins and outs of these long and complicated forms that want tons of information that can overwhelm you.  He also helps people get their service-disabled certificates, minority business owned certificates, and women owned business certificate.  Waldo comes to the show to talk about his job in detail, things he will not talk about and why he has been hiding all these years.
