My kids call me a boomer.....mostly to aggravate me cause I'm not there yet dangit - but I'm sure not as computer sure as I'd like to be. Pointing out out incredible our youth is while talking about the different world they are living in versus our own. I hear our kids being lumped all together in this "today's generation stinks" anthem and I don't like it! Today's generation is doing what we all did as tweens and teens - just trying to figure it all out. I share a couple of stories about the thoughtfulness of our youth (of course in the mountains) and encourage and challenge everyone, no matter your age, to just share a kindness - you never know who might benefit from it at any age!
