Cynthia brings to the Risk Management Division experience having served as Vice President of Claims and Strategic Leadership. In that capacity, she had direct oversight of all commercial line claims, risk telematics, claim operations, the special investigations and subrogation units. She also managed a staff of 110 claims professionals. Cynthia has a wealth of workers’ compensation and commercial auto claim management experience. She also has certifications in Commercial Casualty, Commercial Property, Risk Management and Agency Management from the National Alliance of Insurance Education and Research.
