Roy has begun his odd winter routine of running around outside without clothes on. This was a perfect opportunity to discuss where the hell he got this crazy idea, and more important how he decides what is true and what is not. Rob and Roy take a deep dive on how they both discern "truth" amongst the endless sources of information readily available to us today. This discussion is all over the place - as a conversation can sometimes be!
