The Dorks watch as Season 1 comes to its thrilling conclusion! Roger's recap prowess is put to the ultimate test when the Dorks are joined by Executive Producer (of our show, not Riverdale) Alex Koch, who has never watched(or listened to) a single episode of Riverdale(or our show). Their friendship is threatened by a rogue mirror and Alex blatantly ignores the "No Inanimate Objects" rule.
The fate of the sweet red-headed boy is finally revealed! The Dorks discuss the virtue of digging *too* deep, muse on some Aggressively Good Dad Advice and dive into the Real Mystery of this episode. Then CJ shows up and commits soup crimes. All this and the low-down on Season 2!? Better believe it!
Hooo boy we're back River Vixens, and just in time for Homecoming! The Dorks continue to struggle with the concept of linear time and our limited perception of it. Then they share their favorite High School Dance Memories, stumble upon a wig collection and reveal which character looks most like Kevin Bacon before Roger finally solves the Murder of Jason Blossom [but not really]
This week Roger sets the mood lights just right as we hunker into the Season 1 home stretch. Will we find out who killed the sweet boy? Not yet, but there'll be a heck of a shindig in the meantime. Roger has too much pink wine, the Dorks discover the Big Man of Christmas, the Dorks try to 'Tarantino' this episode and then tell a story about seeing a Tarantino film together. The Pussycats are BACK, BABY! We're joined this week by Producer Laura, who grades the Dorks on their performance thus far. Also in this one: Archie compromises Kevin's artistic integrity, Bughead visit the Garden of Deliverance, Roger makes an apology, and we meet the Cat with the Hat.
Listen as John desperately tries to steer the RiverDorks ship to something remotely listenable. Also, do not put your snake in a box. Even to threaten someone else's mom. A fun fact about this one is John's neighbor started blasting his loud, bass-heavy music about halfway through recording because Brooklyn is ALIVE, DANGIT.
