It’s summer in the northern hemisphere, so we wanted to talk about stuff we like and not stuff that makes us angry. This week, Bri and Christina cover E3 2019 -- and they don’t even get into all the news, there was just that much of it. They also talk about the spate of amazing summer TV on the air right now and finally, discuss the current career renaissance of Keanu Reeves.
This week, Bri and Christina cover WWDC, which includes the new Mac Pro, iOS 13, iPad OS, SwiftUI and more. YouTube did bad things but rather than talk about that, we focused on the finer things in life, like Xbox’s new body spray.
This week! An update on Huawei, and more depressing news out of Facebook as a manipulated video of Nancy Pelosi sparks content and conversation. Next, a tiny yellow handheld called Playdate is getting tech-lovers hyped up! And finally, we would've talked about Pokemon Sleep… if reviews of the Millenium Falcon ride at Disneyland Galaxy's Edge hadn't dropped.

Big, bad news for Huawei this week, as multiple companies cut ties with them. But is it the right thing to do? Next, Apple promises improved keyboards, but Brianna is (rightfully) still wary. Finally, the Oculus Quest is freakin' awesome and there's no reason not to buy one if you want untethered VR.

Christina and Simone discuss last week's Microsoft Build. Then, the Apple v. Pepper lawsuit has moved into the next stage… what'll happen? A new vulnerability in Intel chips has been discovered and fixed. And finally, it wouldn't be a Simone and Christina show without some YouTuber drama.
Rocket 226: Oppression Team

Rocket 226: Oppression Team

Brianna and Simone tackle Facebook's developer conference, F8, as well as Google I/O. Last up, Bri promotes the latest and greatest Kickstarter scam.
The future promises quantum computing and vertical TVs, but do they matter? Then Anna Delvey and T-Pain.
The Rocket Rule is not a conspiracy. This week we discuss Samsung's FOLD FIASCO, which happened a few days after we recorded Rocket last week, sad face. Then Anna Merlan, author of Republic of Lies, joins us to talk about conspiracy theories and their rise in popularity! Finally, it's the Game Boy's 30th Anniversary. We're old!
This week, Simone is off in LA being fabulous, so Bri and Christina take over the show. After some quick follow-up to last week’s show, Christina and Bri discuss the early responses to the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Fold. Surprisingly, reviewer’s don’t hate it. Christina still says she’s not buying one. She’s probably lying. Then, they tackle the highs and lows of science. The high: we got an image of a black hole! The low: one of the scientists on the team that achieved this feat was harassed off the internet. Because the internet. Bri and Christina then segue to talk about rumors of a Microsoft Surface AirPods competitor, and chat about how they use AirPods and wireless earbuds in general. And finally, two of our favorite crooked celebrities, Lori Loughlin (Aunt Becky) and Allison Mack are back in the news and totally going to jail.
This week Christina joins Simone in New York for a boatload of technical problems (more than you even know), but also a discussion about Australia's legislation to criminalize social media platform owners for violent video content. Then Brianna interviews fellow Relay member Dan Moren about his new book, The Bayern Agenda! Finally, Christina has been reading Ladies Who Punch, a tell-all book about The View, and we're rehashing the Barbara Walters vs. Elisabeth Hasselbeck fight like ten years later.
