In this episode, Megan and I discuss the importance of women in urology. This is a topic that is important to discuss and make others aware of the unfortunate prejudices that still are present in this field.  More importantly, talking about the changing dynamic and the optimistic future for women in Urology. Major take away; diversity is strength, and this field is too damn awesome to be excluding anyone!
