In this episode, I talk about my struggle with imposter syndrome and comparison, how they’ve hindered my growth and self-worth. Instead of letting these feelings define me, I share how I’ve been replacing those negative thoughts with powerful scriptures and learning to see myself through God’s eyes. I also share how you, too, can break free from imposter syndrome and comparison by embracing your true worth, purpose, and calling in Christ.

In this episode of "Finding The Right Person," I shared that your partner should add to your life, not define it. I share tips on maintaining your independence, balancing personal growth, and creating strong, resilient partnerships. Your partner should be like an important piece of your life, but not the entire picture.
If we shift our mindsets and start to see rejection as redirections instead of a reflection of our worth, we'd be on the right paths. Rejection is not the end of the road, it's a signpost leading us into a better direction. Rejection teaches us to adapt to changing circumstances, it is not the end of the chapter, it's a sign that a new chapter is waiting to be written.

In this episode, we talked about the concept of the waiting season—a period in life when we eagerly anticipate something significant, be it a new job opportunity or a life-changing event. Three guest joined me Javell, Edsiah, and Renell, who shared their personal experiences during their own waiting seasons. This episode serves as an empowering reminder to embrace the waiting season with a positive mindset, focusing on personal growth, and nurturing faith in the journey. Tune in as we learn from Javell, Edsiah, and Renell, and discover how to apply their wisdom to our own waiting seasons.
It's important to be aware of pouring our emotional, mental, and physical energy into relationships or connections that don't align with our values and goals. This can happen in any kind of relationship, whether it's a friendship, romantic relationship, or even a professional connection. By recognizing this, we can assess where we're investing our resources and make choices that are better for our overall well-being.t's important to pay attention to certain indicators when it comes to the people in your life. If you consistently feel exhausted or emotionally drained after spending time with certain individuals, it may be a sign that you're pouring your energy into the wrong people. It's also important to take note if you find yourself constantly making excuses for their behavior or if you feel unvalued or taken for granted. These are red flags that shouldn't be ignored. Additionally, keep an eye out for a lack of reciprocity, toxic behavior, or a mismatch in values and goals. It's important to surround yourself with people who uplift and support you, rather than drain you.
Self-forgiveness is an act of self-compassion and understanding. It's acknowledging that we are human, prone to making errors, and deserving of forgiveness, just like anyone else. By forgiving ourselves, we give ourselves permission to let go of the shame and guilt that may have been holding us back.We can use our past mistakes as stepping stones towards personal growth and transformation. Each mistake offers an opportunity to learn, reflect, and make better choices moving forward. It's through self-forgiveness that we gain the strength and resilience to rise above our past and become the best versions of ourselves. Remember, our past mistakes do not define us. It's the way we respond to those mistakes and the lessons we learn from them that truly shape our character. So, let's embrace self-forgiveness.
TIMING

TIMING

2022-12-0209:23

People use the term “Right Person, Wrong timing” when they are about to walk out of life, ghost you, or hurt your feelings. You agree to the new TERMS “wrong timing, right person.” Switch it around for a little bit, maybe it is the ''WRONG people’’ who are not willing to sacrifice for you so they keep you in the loop with the MOST POPULAR lines “I love you but the time isn’t right.”   Time isn't affected by the changes in the world. The right things in life will find you without any hindrances.
Have you ever thought about “Self Love?” Self-love is more than just dressing up and looking good, it goes beyond being selfish and it's not about being proud and pompous. Self-love is a true conviction to accept yourself for who you are. The world is a hectic place to live in right now, you don't need to seek validation from anyone living in it. Instead of just surviving, start living, LIVE to be yourself, LIVE to Love yourself. Remember you are the only you there is in the world. Focus on Becoming instead of Being! Focus on becoming the best version of yourself instead of being like everyone else. You might be rejected by society when you put yourself first but once you're accepted by yourself, you would understand that people's approval doesn't matter. I know life gets hard and sometimes it knocks us down but remember we cannot stay on the ground for too long. Do what you can and do it for you and no one else. Be your motivation! Take baby steps and don't go too hard on yourself! Remember to say those affirmations you say to people to yourself. Try a new routine, and speak positivity to yourself whenever you have the chance. Focus on your successes and don't beat yourself up because of a little failure! Tell yourself “I love you” as many times as you can!  Have a great week❤️
The level of self confidence you give yourself creates room for other to treat you with the respect you deserve. High Self Esteem is very important; you become more resilent and self aware of who you are. You learn to appreciate yourself for who you are. You give yourself the opportunity to make mistakes and learn from those mistakes. If one most have a high level of confidences, he/she needs to stop comparing his/herself to other people and acknowlegede their own little accomplishment. Life is not a competition and we are not competing against anyone.
We live in a world that is tough, the last thing that anyone would want to happen to them is depression. We never know when to be prepare for depression and I believe we all have had our own share of depression. Here I few steps I follow when I’m depressed. I hope it can help you as well. 1. Stay in touch with love ones. 2. Face your fears. 3. Eat and Drink Healthy. 4. Exercise a little. 5. Journal your feelings. 6. Seek assistance.
LET GO AND LET GOD

LET GO AND LET GOD

2022-04-1024:50

What would happen if we finally start letting on and relying on Human Thoughts? I hope you enjoy this, it's for everyone who's going through anxiety, Depression, Marriage Issues, Relationship problems or People who just feel like it's not working anymore. God says " Let Go& Let God" When the Bible says in Jeremiah 17: 7 " Blessed is the man that trusted in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is." It was telling us in every circumstances, we should leave it all to God. The Bible told us not lean on our own Understanding but in everything we should acknowledge the Lord. We are humans, our hearts and minds are full of deceits. If we lean on our own Understanding, we would be heading towards the broad Road that leads to destruction. If the world was without sin, God sending His Son to die would have been wasted. Because we are sinners, Christ have payed the price for our sins and given us salvation but He attached something called " The Free Will" we either choose it or leave it.
