Even though the title says "black men" this pertains to all men with an emphasis on the black mans mental health. We tend to leave men out of the conversation when it comes to our mental and expression of our thoughts. In the black community it is a very taboo topic, but come Monday night, we will dive deep into this subject with guest Ashlee B, CHt. She is a hypnotherapist amongst other things who helps millennial men (emphasis on black men) struggling with rage and trapped emotion. Be ready for a really personal and touching show! 

It's voting season this year and candidates are gearing up to speak to the public and Chief Investigator Brandon Tomberlin (Independent Candidate) is one of them. In his run for Sheriff, he will be speaking with us about what he has in store for Coffee County in the near future.

I've given you the good, bad and ugly of me. I've given you facts and opinions. I've sacrificed my thoughts knowing it would get some backlash, but I still laid it out on the line. In My Thoughts" is a two part show where I discuss laughs, cries, hurt, embarrassment, past life and new life. Often times I ask myself, how do I want to use this platform? Sometimes you can get caught up in the world around you that you forget to deal with yourself; and that's what I want to bring back tonight....YOU and what we all go through.
