Bloating?… headaches?... caffeine addiction?... fatigue or mood swings? Funky breath? Many of us are prone to at least one of these (and likely more). These symptoms are ways our body communicates that something is wrong or out of balance. They could indicate that our body is looking for micronutrients that we’re lacking in our diet, or that there are substances that we’re allergic to. This means we need to listen to our bodies! As an entrepreneur, your time is precious, and chances are, you’re looking to optimize your energy in order to be able to gain the strength you need to build out your vision. Many of us struggle with making time to prepare healthy meals. Stress can soar to almost unmanageable levels, even for the most cool-headed among us.
