Welcome back the 43rd edition of your favourite running podcast. In a week with little running news of note, the boys share their training weeks that all look very different at the moment. Tom gets his hands on a pair of an unreleased supershoes from Puma- set to hit the market in Dec, Ben starts his return to run programme and Callum sharpens his swords ahead of the Liverpool XC challenge, the UK trials for the European Champs.

Here we are back again bringing you an eventful episode of running related escapades.
Our wounded soldier Ben receives a conclusive injury diagnosis resulting in some time on the sidelines but even that won’t dampen his spirits whilst he’s out in Kenya hammering the cross training.
Callum continues to build ahead of a race filled November, ticking off his biggest mileage week ever and getting his beloved soar jacket stolen in the process.
Meanwhile Tom is getting back in the swing of things and starting to feel like a runner again.
Kenyan WiFi struggles meant an abrupt end to this podcast but we promise Ben will be back to give a thorough breakdown of his tattoos inner meaning next time 🙌
