In this podcast I will talk about how I train, to what I eat for a marathon and an ultra this is season 2 first season talks about training for a marathon in 13 weeks! This time I will be training for a marathon in 9 weeks and training for a ultra 100k aka 62 miles.

Did I over train ? I believe so! Did I eat right ? I believe so! If I could do again I would train less maybe 13 weeks only! why? because I had my best marathon on week 9 thinking maybe just train 2 or 3 more weeks for the ultra! things I would try in my diet honey and syrup! mostly what I ate in 1 day was 10 eggs, 10 sasage, handfuls of spinach , kale , almonds, peanut butter, 2 bananas when running. I mostly drank water
