In this podcast I will talk about how I train, to what I eat for a marathon and an ultra this is season 2 first season talks about training for a marathon in 13 weeks! This time I will be training for a marathon in 9 weeks and training for a ultra 100k aka 62 miles.

because I had my best marathon on week 9 thinking maybe just train 2 or 3 more weeks for the ultra!
